Let Me Introduce Myself

Living a Life Fueled by Fat

My name is Kelsey and I am a busy wife and mom who is passionate about the ketogenic lifestyle and all of the health benefits it has to offer.

​

My husband and I have been married since June of 2012 and reside in beautiful southern Maine with our two young children Adaline and Owen.

​

Since having children, it has become my passion to strive to live the healthiest life possible and be a positive example of that to my kids. In the last year I have lost over 45 pounds, mostly due to the Ketogenic lifestyle and have felt better than I have for over half of my life!

​

I am here to share my journey with you, things that help me keep food simple, the benefits I have seen in my health and so much more! Let's get started!
